Patricia Mayorga is passionate about community. As a Talent and Workforce manager for the Greater Omaha Chamber, she has the opportunity to impact her community through various talent initiatives. Patricia currently supports talent retention, attraction and education initiatives among them Careerockit.  Prior to her role at the Chamber, Patricia worked in business for several years. Her roles included supporting domestic and international customers.

Patricia is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Omaha South High. She was the first of her siblings to graduate high school and attend college. Her family immigrated to the US from her county of birth- Mexico- when she was just four years old. Her gratitude for the opportunities afforded to her in Omaha is a driver of her passion and love for her community.
