Dr. Beverly Kracher is Executive Director and CEO of the Business Ethics Alliance and holds the Robert B. Daugherty Chair in Business Ethics & Society at the Creighton University Heider College of Business. The Alliance is the most comprehensive, CEO-engaged, city-level business ethics organization in the nation. It is comprised of large, medium, and small organizations, both for-profit and not-for-profit, that lead the Omaha business community in developing a climate of ethical excellence. After 20 years of speaking, consulting, and training at numerous national and local business and professional associations, Bev has expertise in ethical leadership, aligning organizational culture with core values, and identifying and solving everyday moral dilemmas.
