Jacinta Mwita is a motivated professional driven by compassion and understanding of others. She is currently a Manager at Kiewit Corporation where she spends her time acquiring and developing talent to support the organization’s goals in the Global Business Service space. In addition, she has years of leadership experience working in Audit and Finance roles including at Ernst & Young and the Gallup Organization.

She is the owner of Made in Africa, a business whose mission is to support and promote entrepreneurs in Africa by financing, marketing and selling their products to the US market. She has a passion for initiatives that transform lives through empowerment.
